Space Monkeys!

I wrote about Cloverfield ages ago, but as happened withSnakes on a Plane, once it hit theaters, I just wasn’t that excited to go see it.

Some of it is just knowing too much about a movie by the time it comes out. When Blair Witch was released, I got to go to an advance screening before the hype had really built up and my wife knew absolutely nothing, not even what we were going to see. She wasn’t even sure if it was a documentary or fictional movie at first and it scared the Hell out of her.

Which is all to say that I’m sure I’ll see Cloverfield, but I just don’t know when. I’d actually much rather see a movie about a monkey invasion, truth be told.
