Here is the conclusion to our comic about bearded wormholes. There really isn’t anything else to say.
Let’s not let things get beard
As I mentioned last time, this part-two-of-two comic was conceived on a road trip and you can see the video of the thought process below.
The video cut off about 10 minutes before we actually had a finalized comic idea, but I don’t think you missed much. This is the real-world manifestation of the kinds of conversations we have over Instant Messenger trying to put together ideas for comics.
Sometimes, the ideas arrived fully formed and it’s just a matter of writing and sharing the Google Doc. Other times, we throw out punchlines and dialogue until we feel we’ve justified the central joke.
At one point, the historian was going to have about four beards. I’m glad we streamlined the facial hair idea.
