Inaugural Balls
Frankly, I think we need more holidays that celebrate the dropping of balls.
Hernias

I know from personal experience (not my own, but of someone I know) that if you have a hernia issue, it can lead to a series of events in which one of your balls drops. (Sorry, ladies; this is just for the men.)
And when I say drop, I mean even further than when they drop the first appointed time, during puberty.
It’s like when an elevator is hanging by one fraying cable and everyone on board is like, ‘Oh shit! We’re gonna DIE!”
Only worse, I imagine.
