Optimus Pride
This concludes our minor fixation on Transformers for the time being. Don’t ask me how we managed two comics this week while I’m out of town when we can’t seem to get one comic done while I’m home. Seriously. Don’t ask.
Omar and I had a pretty in-depth conversation about the subject for this particular Transformers comic. It’s really hard to articulate exactly why they need to hide from humans. Our final conclusion involved the Decepticons using it as a pre-emptive type thing and then maintaining the charade for transportation purposes or maneuverability in battle.
In any case, the flames on Optimus support Hobo’s theory.
