Why They Call it ‘DreamWorks’
We had at one moment briefly considered seeing The Croods for the sheer purpose of having the critical facts on our side in order to make this comic ring with truth.
And then we decided to just do the comic and skip the movie, which probably worked out best for everyone involved.
There is probably lots to say about how much sloths are taking over pop culture and, particularly, the meme-y corners of the Internet, where cats better watch their backs because, shit, SLOTHS, ya know?
I mean, come on with this cuteness. COME. ON.
Give me a break, sloths, you win. You win it all.
Sloths everywhere!
I really don’t know what to make of the recent fascination in sloths by the whole interwebz. Or I guess that’s not entirely accurate. Obviously, we’ve been in on the ground level of how awesome sloths are since we started this comic almost a decade ago. I guess what I’m wondering is why now?
Was there some sort of major sloth event that brought them into the mainstream? I doubt “The Croods” was that event. Anyone got any insight?
