We love our monkeys, we really do, but we also love these periphery characters who continue to pop up, the way you love a new toy at Christmas before the batteries run out or you blow it up with an M-80.

The comic didn’t turn out like I expected at all, and that’s a compliment to the artist. I wasn’t sure what I thought it would look like, but it did kinda blow me away this morning. I’m hoping that Slothface makes a return appearance because I wasn’t even sure he should be making an initial appearance. Sometimes, I’m learning, it’s best to just sit back and trust your brother’s instincts.

So it was that I woke up and it was like seeing the marshmallow of your dreams and realizing that you didn’t just wake up with a soggy pillow.

In case you missed it earlier, you can still download the now-semiprecious Slothface Desktop Wallpaper (1280 x 1024; 1024 x 768; 800 x 600). You should definitely, and with no hesitation, get your marshmallow on.
