The Shartist’s Collective
Sharts are funny things. But you probably already knew that. While probably not the highest brow of comedies, sharts occupy that space between the fleeting glory of a perfectly timed flatulence and the more complex funniness of a properly placed stool. On one end of the spectrum you’ll find the likes of The Nutty Professor. On the other, you’re watching the “Who Pooped the Bed?” episode of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Somewhere in the middle you’ll find our favorite space simians opening up a gallery of their favorite works of shart.
As for me…
… I would totally go to that gallery, especially if it was the toast of the art world, and pretend to understand what those shitstains mean on a deep, deep level, man.
I would just try really hard not to smell anything while I was there.
One thing we should really tell you about: these monkeys of ours went off and started their own Twitter account. We thought of doing it ourselves and making it a newsy feed of info about the comic, but Bobbo and Meany insisted on doing it in their own voices at @SMComics. So we’ll see how that goes. I’m not aware of monkeys having lots of success with social media (yet I have seen much monkey-like behavior from humans).
